Dra. Serina Payan Hazelwood offers individual AASECT supervision for sexuality educators, counselors, and therapists pursuing certification, alongside decolonial consultation for practitioners working in educational, clinical, and community-based settings. Supervision sessions provide a confidential, relational space to explore practice questions, ethical complexities, case material, and professional development through culturally responsible, decolonial frameworks.

Her approach centers positionality, reflexivity, embodiment, and relational accountability, supporting supervisees in navigating AASECT requirements while remaining aligned with their values and communities. Sessions may include ethical reflection, boundary and scope-of-practice support, documentation guidance, and integration of somatic and trauma-informed perspectives, without reproducing extractive or colonial supervision models.

This offering is available as 60-minute individual supervision sessions and counts toward AASECT supervision hours for educators, counselors, and therapists.
