Chef Silvana Salcido Esparza, award-winning chef and author of La Hija de la Chingada: Chronicles of a Mexican Chef in the United States, is opening her cocina of wisdom to the community. Through Cheftorship, Chef Silvana shares lessons from decades of lived experience: the wins, the struggles, the sabor, and the scars. This is not just about cooking. It is about building sustainable paths, protecting your dignity, and cultivating the confidence to stand tall in any cocina or boardroom. This offering is free of charge.
