Coaching, Fementorship, Mentorship, Supervision
This is a space where guidance meets community care. Coaching and supervision are often framed as transactional, but here we root the process in reciprocity, cultural responsibility, and liberation. Each offering is held by practitioners who bring their own expertise and lived experience, and methodology.

Curandera, Mama Shabeta
Mama Shabeta is a curandera, elder, and teacher whose work is rooted in long-standing relationships with land, plants, dreams, and spirit. For more than three decades, she has studied and practiced with sacred plants, symbolism, numerology, and the language of the body as pathways for understanding the health of mind, emotion, body, and soul. Her medicine is grounded in reciprocity and prayer, guided by ancestral teachings and a deep commitment to humility and care.
She works closely with sacred tobacco as a teacher and healer, honoring it as a bridge between worlds and a plant relative that carries prayer, protection, and clarity. Mama Shabeta does not identify as a psychic or fortune teller. She names herself as intuitive, listening carefully to what is revealed through spirit, dreams, and the living intelligence of plants. Each consultation begins with gratitude and acknowledgment of Spirit, and each session is held as ceremony rather than transaction.
